Klaviyo is one of the best email marketing services in the world. That said, they have without a doubt the worst customer service, the worst technical support, and the most slimy, despicable sales practices of any company I work with.Do everything you can to avoid using Klaviyo. If you decide to use them, pray you never need support. Pray you're never billed incorrectly. Pray a new company comes along ASAP to blow these a*sholes out of the water.To recap - I hate Klaviyo and can't wait for a proper competitor to ruin them.
