First time backing a project and nothing has been delivered (despite having Dec 2022 as estimated delivery date). Pledged about $150. Kickstarter don't seem to care about the backers, this is because they take a cut in all funds raised by the project creator... so even if the creators doesn't deliver, Kickstarter still get their money. Terrible customer service, no way to speak to someone, only contact via email. They just reply with generic terms and conditions and rarely give straight answers. They dont seem to care about scam project creators which I seem to have backed (they raised over $500k) so I am not the only one to back this and get nothing in return. They have closed my tickets as "solved" despite me asking questions that they don't answer. They have done this twice now and I am in the process of raising another ticket. Would genuinely not recommend anyone use Kickstarter after my experience which is a shame for any genuine creators they may have. Thought this was a legitimate decent company but clearly not. VERY DISAPOINTED IN KICKSTARTER and wish I'd checked Trust Pilot first
