Kickstarter support refuses to abide by their own terms. Their help resources advise reaching out to support if you do not hear back from a creator in over 2 weeks. I've not heard back from a creator in over 22 weeks despite 5 reach-outs. (They're active on social media but blocked backers.) When reaching out to Kickstarter support they simply mark the ticket as "solved" with zero response. Despite reopening the ticket and asking for a response, they continue to mark the ticket as "solved" (5 times now) with zero reply. They treated my previous support tickets alerting Kickstarter of the creator's abuse of the campaign updates much the same in November & December. Consider me done with Kickstarter for good. I've backed 86 campaigns over the past 11 years, and the platform's utter disregard for the manipulative exploitation of backers and lack of response around this latest problem campaign is my final straw. Never again.
