I backed the Duovox when it came out on Kickstarter and since then they have released the unit but I never received mine. I have contacted the company several times only to get an automated email reply and nothing else. My advice is to stay away from this company as it has zero customer service or support. I will also be staying away from Kickstarter as they say that there is nothing that they can/will do.
