There is a high chance of losing money through this site and the site does not take any position on its so-called customers. The Kuura ring is a good example. The price changed when deliveries were supposed to start. There was no mention of this at the time of pre-order. When I tried to clarify the matter with Kickstarter, I did not get any response. And no money back either. The credit card company is currently investigating the matter.
