I continue to wait for Kayak to assist me with Dream World Travel who they promote through their site and where I sourced flights through. Flights which were missold to us. Flight we could never have boarded due to Covid restrictions in America. I expect to receive an automated response stating they advertise a number of companies, but the fact remains that they have a responsibility to the people who use their site.
