Kenny was very detailed in all of his responses to my questions. I really appreciated how carefully he listened and how honest he was regarding the current situation in the airline industry. It's a hard time to fly but when you can get someone on the phone to actually clearly explain things it is SO helpful! thank you Kenny :)
