I have never received worst customer service in my life, very condescending chart conversation with representative William. I have asked for his manager’s contact information, but he refused to provide it. I have booked 7 tickets where the checked in baggage was supposed to be included. Found out that the checked in baggage is not included when I received the confirmation email and contacted Kayak within seconds while the status was still pending to adjust tickets only to find out that baggage can’t be added as it’s not even available with these tickets as advertised on Kayak web site. Regardless of this, William refused to wave $350 cancelation fee. I have copy of chart conversation, which I would be more than happy to share. I have been contacted numerous times by sales agents after this trying to sell me tickets that are outside my vacation dates and with long layovers despite the fact that I don’t have flexibility in terms of dates. Please don’t fall into this trap!
