Please be aware that Jimdo instruct a collection agency 'PAIR Finance' if you do not renew in time - see reviews for them. An initial email for renewal does not warn you about this but it is does in further emails but at the end of emails so you do not necessarily notice.I assumed 'renewal' meant the contract would simply end by itself but they have an aggressive policy so even after cancelling late they threaten to go to a collection agency to collect money.I have no complaint about the website experience which was good. Simply their aggressive policy for renewal money similar to Car Park culture - one is not bound to pay an Invoice if goods are not agreed but they refer to a hidden clause in the initial terms of service so be careful to cancel in time.Will not use again for these reasons.
