Cancelled this contract on the day of purchasing after realizing this platform was not for me. They refused to refund me and their excuse was this: “ Hello Shenisha, Thank you for your message! According to legal regulations, a website is deemed commercial if Jimdo is used to sell products or services and/or promote business activities. The contract will therefore end on 17.06.2025. Thank you for your understanding! “This is wrong. I didn’t even use the service and what they stated isn’t mentioned at all in the Refund Policy. I’m reporting Jimdo to BBB for refusing to refund my $40, after I cancelled my plan right after purchasing it. Unprofessional and untrustworthy company with deceiving Terms & Conditions. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Stick with Hostinger or BlueHost, companies that will refund your money if you don’t like the product. It’s wrong for me to have to fight for a measly $40 back, especially when I did not use this service for longer than 5 minutes.
