After several years of using their product, I am shocked by their business model that does not sacrifice existing customers for a single thought. An increase in price from 480 USD to 2259 USD is completely idiotic, and without comparison the worst thing I have experienced in a business context. And then saying that they have sent out a warning in advance is just bullshit, no email has been sent to us, and they do not respond to inquiries or complaints. They should have been punished and removed from the market, I hope ALL customers who are there, or new ones reading this, STAND AWAY from Issuu, because there are alternatives.
