Without warning, I was charged $2,259 USD on April 14. I submitted a refund request the next day and received confirmation that the refund would be processed in 7–10 business days.However, the refund wasn't completed until May 13, nearly a month later. Because of the delay, I lost TWD 4,471 (approx. $140 USD) due to exchange rate changes.Issuu refuses to take responsibility, saying they don’t cover currency losses — but this loss was caused by their delay, not the refund itself. I’ve provided all documents, including their own promise of the 7–10 day refund window. They’ve ignored the issue.This is deeply irresponsible behavior from a company that handles international transactions!
