It is now December and I have had QB Self Employed issues since February! It will not allow me to categorise entries OR import CSV transactions from my bank. In other words, it DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! I spend more time on the phone to Support than I do sorting my expenses. These problems have been going on for close on 10 YEARS - zero respect for their customers. Promised TWO callbacks from supervisors - still waiting for both. However, the complaint I made TWO MONTHS ago about QB being unusable is being worked on by Tech???!!! How long do they need? It is the same issue I reported 10 MONTHS ago.
