They are actively promoting campaigns that are acting in bad faith and are not delivering anything (scams). This results in a lot of money being lost without any means to get it back. They have a pretty detailed Terms of use, which makes Indiegogo in a position to tell you "It's not our fault, we are only a 3rd party, good luck getting your money back."When I communicated with Indiegogo, they told me this: "While we can’t force a campaigner to be transparent to contributors if they continue to remain unresponsive, you can use our Terms of Use to take legal action against the campaigner." So WE have to take legal action against a campaigner. In my case, the campaigner was a sub-division of a company located in South Korea...The rating of Indiegogo on Trustpilot speaks for itself. Do not invest on this website, instead go on Kickstarter or Patreonedited: Indiegogo's response to this review is disgusting. They know damn well who I am and which campaign I contributed to because they aren't even responding to my emails anymore.
