If you don't know about IMDb by now, you probably don't watch movies or TV. I've been using this site for almost 15 years. It has so many different kinds information, it's almost as if it's the entire internet in one site. IMDB stands for internet movie database. Any thing you want to know can be easily searched. What movies are playing at your local theater. What actors were in any movie that you've ever heard of. What were all the movies and TV shows that any particular actor appeared in. It's got hundreds of professional and user reviews for every movie and show. It lists trivia, quotes and box-office grosses. It's got forums for every single movie and actor, where fans and critics have been discussing things for well over a decade. It's got trailers to watch. It's got pictures to view. It is such a great, all-encompassing site that in the past 15 years, I have never needed to find out if another similar site existed. And it's free.
