I placed a $300+ order for curbside pickup on a Saturday. I did not want to go inside on a Saturday. Because it was sprinkling, I was told I needed to come inside..I did not realize this. Until I sat at curbside, parked for 10 minutes and then looked at my phone for another text that came through. It said I needed to come inside because of the inclement weather. It was barely sprinkling.....So then I fought for a parking spot and got yelled at 3 times trying to find a place to park to go inside and get my order. Had I known this, I never would have come I almost just drove off but it was a 45 minute drive to get There... I was so pissed - and I won't be back.. Their products are not that great for this kind of crap!! If you're going to offer curbside- then do it...use an umbrella!
