Ikea takes delivery money for an unprovided service . I was scheduled for delivery today between 11-13 pm and kept my phone on all morning . But didn’t receive any calls just a missed call notification in the form of a message . I opened it and called right away . No answer and the delivery was missed somehow when I know they only call when they’re 15-20 minutes away . Customer service rescheduled without telling me I need to pay the ridiculous 399kr again so I called back and cancelled my orderMy husband and I shop religiously at ikea every month but this is our sign to change to a better brand. I’d order from Amazon the next time I need furniture. Much better cheaper nicer looking and has more options . The way ikea doesn’t care about customer service will take this store down soon . to show them how you could get robbed somehow by a furniture company that could’ve still delivered the item but refused
