I would give less if I could.Order arrived damaged with half of it missing today. Paid for next day delivery however received half my order missing and the other half damaged. Tried the online chat for support, after waiting half an hour - was told there is a technical problem and they could not help me I needed to call.I called and waited on hold for 1.5 hours. Yes thats correct 1.5 hours. Finally someone answered. Could they help, hardly. So after another half an hour of them 'looking into this' IKEA told me I needed to wait for my order as it was in the system with DPD. Regardless that I paid for next day delivery.I was told to call back if I had not received it by Wednesday which is a joke as I refuse to sit on the phone for another 1.5 hours.I will put in a charge back and now refuse to use this company again. From ordering as a regular business customer, I will go anywhere BUT here. Shocking customer service, which it seems everyone has trouble with and IKEA do not seem to care about.Oh, and after telling me she would look into refunding my next day delivery postage as a 'gesture of goodwill' she put me on hold and hung up on me. Seems like a famous IKEA trick.I am surprised this company is able to function like this.Date of experience: 14 October 2023
