I visit IKEA Schaumburg regularly to eat swedish meatballs. Today 11/18/2023 was the day of disappointment . The plate with 8 meatballs (which meanwhile were 14 in the years before) had a price of $ 9.49 before taxes. The plate was almost empty: half a scoop masched potatoes ( not even full scoop) , tastless peas ( about 2 table spoons ) thrown in the middle of the plate, teaspoon cranberry sauce and 8 meatballs. Looked bad. Higher price, less food, no visual appearance. Was the staff new, was the person that served that not experienced or the store policy changed? I do not know. But I am convinced I will never come back again.
