Just terrible

Our experience was terrible. We received broken items, and in the replacement delivery an item was missing. The warehouse and delivery team just don't care about the goods. Labels are stuck on so items are damaged when they're removed, things aren't put in protective packaging, they're chucked in the vans any old how so they get moved a lot and trampled on, it's disgraceful. It means they have to redeliver multiple times, it's hardly eco friendly. This really is the last time I will buy furniture from ikea, it's not as good as it used to be and they can't get it to me without damaging it.
