Delivery went missing! And their ‘chat’ won’t speak to you - no phone number to contact. For a large company I am appalled at the state of their delivery and customer service - it’s non existent! I have Santa presents I’m waiting for and it’s one week to Xmas. I paid for delivery to a local shop and then the shop said they don’t take IKEA when I went there! No word from ikea that it’s gone missing and can’t get any sense out of their ‘chat’ as they leave you hanging with no answer. I contacted them twice this week and it was same
