Not the products but trying to get a quick drink! Each element requires a different machine, eg water for tea, milk for tea, etc, nothing can be accessed via one machine, heavy queuing, each element requires scanning the qrcode on paper receipt. Everyone today seemed confused or bemused and this was a quiet time!!!
