Items damaged

I ordered a worktop, a divider screen, and a few other items from IKEA to redecorate my office. The box for the worktop arrived with dirty footprints and a small hole on it. The box for the SCREEN also had footprints(!!!!) and several large holes in the cardboard.Predictably, the worktop had a gouge in it, and the plastic panels on the screen were warped out of their frames and have permanent stress marks on them from being walked on, so one side of the screen is essentially ruined. As for the couriers, All-star logistics, they forgot to bring in one of the items I had ordered, a MALM chest of drawers, so I had to phone them and have them come back. To their credit, they were apologetic and returned within 20 minutes, but it still shouldn't have happened, and speaks to the overall professionalism of the couriers that IKEA is working with in Ireland.I ordered a few smaller items too (a wastepaper basket, some table legs, etc), and they weren't packed at all in the truck, they were just loose. The wastepaper basket arrived with minor scuffs along the top edges. And would you believe it, one of the smaller items I ordered was missing (a bracket for a shelf)! I can't imagine how that happened! The courier told me that it was missing upon arrival, and said that he had put in an order for a replacement that would be delivered by DPD in 10 days. (What good is that going to do me?)IKEA only seem to offer full returns or exchanges instead of an as-is discount, which is a huge bloody nightmare considering I've just spent the day hauling a 60lbs worktop around corners and up a spiral staircase before noticing the damage and need to get things done on a schedule. Also, do not believe the product photos on IKEA's website for worktops. For the Ekbacken worktop, the website shows a shiny surface with the edges of the laminate well finished, but the thing in person is a textured surface with ugly thin black lines around the seams of the laminate. I'm going to have to vinyl wrap it to make it look decent. Might as well have just bought bloody particleboard and done it myself from scratch at this point. Thanks for nothing IKEA. Never again. Also, IKEA's wonderful delivery service costs €60.
