Order Received half broken, and no customer serivce

[IKEA DE] I have purchased plenty of tableware from Ikea as I liked their simplistic look. The order arrived today literally half broken. Smashed glass, broken trays, it's as if the parcel was being rolled on the stairs. I have taken pictures of it hoping the customer service will help. On the hotline, no one speaks English, on the chat I asked for assistance in English. The employee "Tamara" answered me in English expressed her apologies for the broken order and told me to call the hotline. I explained I can't get through to anyone. The chat was ended. What sort of awful customer service is that.
