Pathetic company (shift) IKEA has collaborated for delivery.3 delivery personnel were changed in just 10 hours & none of them are contactable. Current one is switched off & earlier two didn't pick the call even after multiple attempts to reach to them.Using the service first time & highly disappointed. No communication with Shift customer support or shifters assigned.Would like full refund & arrange a pickup slot now. Don't think shift has appropriate staff to run delivery service.
