I am deeply disappointed with how IKEA has handled my warranty claim regarding the HYLLESTAD mattress. After encountering the same defect in four separate mattresses, it's clear this is not a case of “normal wear and tear,” as IKEA support claims, but rather a recurring manufacturing issue. Despite providing all required evidence—including detailed photos and descriptions—I received only generic, dismissive responses, no meaningful resolution, and now complete radio silence after my last follow-up.What’s especially frustrating is the inconsistency in IKEA’s assessments. Previous claims for the exact same defect were accepted based on a single photo and a brief explanation, with the claim approved within minutes. Yet my current claim was rejected without any proper justification. To make matters worse, multiple case numbers were unnecessarily opened for the same issue, adding confusion and delays to an already frustrating process. It is entirely unreasonable to expect customers to transport defective mattresses back to a store for reassessment after failing to address the issue remotely. This shows a clear lack of respect for customers’ time, effort, and loyalty.IKEA, this is not how you treat customers who trust your brand and your so-called warranty policy.Case Numbers: 23172862 / 22901485
