EXTREME frustration with the handling of warranty claim

Over the past four weeks, I have been caught in an endless cycle of referrals, repeated requests for information, and unfulfilled promises of assistance. Below is a summary of the issues I have encounteredIKEA NL first refused my claim because I live in Germany, directing me to IKEA Germany, despite having purchased the items in the Netherlands.IKEA Germany then told me to contact IKEA NL, since the purchase was made in the Netherlands.Since then, I have repeatedly submitted my receipt number, article number, and the same defect photos—only to be asked for them again.Representatives promised my case was prioritized and that I would receive a call; no call ever came. When I followed up, I was again told it was a priority.Most recently, IKEA NL asked me once more for photos I had already provided.I never expected IKEA’s service to be this poor. Initially, I only wanted replacements; now I refuse further dealings with IKEA and demand a full refund. I have now contacted the Dutch consumer protection agency.
