I placed an order with IKEA Amsterdam over a month ago, and the delivery has now been delayed twice, each time without any proactive communication from IKEA. I only found out about the delays after calling customer service myself.This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A company of this size should inform customers of delivery changes in advance and offer solutions—not leave them completely in the dark.I now have to wait more than a month for items I paid for, with no compensation or explanation. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency and basic customer service.Avoid ordering if you're expecting timely delivery or proper follow-up.
