Bad customer experience

Bad customer experience! (More than once with Rhenus too, including damaged package). Ikea customer service was not helpful resolving reoccurring issues with deliveries, wrong collection of damage products. And with rescheduling dates. Called many times, not much support (especially in English). Had to personally go to the shop.
