I had the worst experience ordering from IKEA. I scheduled my delivery for 4th July, but they attempted delivery on 30th June without my consent—when I wasn’t even home.When I called to sort it out, I was told the order would be refunded. It’s been over two weeks now and still no refund or proper update.To make things worse, IKEA’s customer support is shockingly rude. Every call has been a nightmare—agents speaking over me, being dismissive, loud, and completely unhelpful. I simply asked to reschedule the delivery for 10th July, but instead, I was met with aggression, harassment, and threats to cancel my order.Absolutely unacceptable. IKEA, do you not value your customers’ time or basic respect?Avoid at all costs if you value your sanity. IKEA used to be a trusted name—now it’s just a massive disappointment.
