Stay far away from IHG

Ihg was offering a 60000 point bonus for signing up for a credit card and spending 1000 dollars in 3 months. I spent over 1000 in less than 3 months and was denied the points. I called IHG and was told Chase bank denied the points so I called Chase bank and was told IHG denied my points. I talked to 10 different customer support representatives and was told 10 different answers. After almost a month of begging to be rewarded the points that was on their offer, IHG stopped responding to my email requests for further review. I felt so taken advantage of and scammed and I will never book a hotel through this company again.
