We stayed at Staybridge Suites in Marco Island Florida this week. We were booked for two nights but one night was enough misery and we left the next morning.The TV didn’t work unless you unplug the cable in the back and wait 5 minutes every single time you wanted to see TV. The beds were so old and used than when you lay down you are in a hole, they claimed is a new hotel, but is not true.The evening front desk lady was rude and nasty, so we decided to get out next morning. After this ordeal they charged me for one night, when we couldn’t even sleep on such horrible bed.New hotel? Maybe but not inside the rooms, and not the best evening front desk.Horrible place!
