The worst Ihg stay I’ve every had !! I say that as a IHG member. DO NOT stay at holiday in express Nuneaton UK. Homophobic check in that made my partner feel very uncomfortable- room originally allocated had bodily fluids on the curtains ( was assigned a different room with no apology) came in from a night out with family to be greeted by a procedure that was not diseminatrd at check in (non customer focused employee on reception) treied to speak to person at Ihg - spent last three houses trying to connect to a person and not a robot!!! Will never stay in an Ihg hotel again they are just rip off merchants and don’t care for customers !!! Homophobic scum!!!!!!
