Absolutely awful customer service

Absolutely awful customer service, they LIED to me about being able to cancel my reservation as they reserved me at the wrong hotel, refused to refund my initial reservation and then proceeded to charge me for the new one. Had to get my bank involved. This was a work trip so I was furious. I still paid and expensed the correct hotel. 2 hours on hold and they claimed they would escalate the issue, which did nothing. The call centers are in the philippines so call backs would be super late at night in the USA. I will never give them my business again, and neither will my company after I reported my experience.
