Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross.Booked through my company,which is never an issue, got to reception, staff starring, then when I booked in I did not feel welcomed, told me I had to pay which was already covering my company, told me I had no meal allowance of breakfast which was not the case, final after being embarrassed by this situation I got my room,went down to the restaurant oh you haven't booked at this point the restaurant was empty, oh you don't have a meal allowance yes I do, final after that embarrassment I have my dinner, I ask for the bill I tell them I have a £30 meal allowance so I need to pay £10 that's ok pay this when you check out, the waitress was very pleasant, when I got to my room I had a member of the hotel demanding I went down and paid the ten pounds now whilst he shouted down the corridor for everyone to hear, I said I will pay on check out but he refused, I said ok let me get in my room he said you need to come down now, I managed to open my room and say wait one minute I was getting cash he held the door open in a rude way I felt like a criminal, I have him the £10.20 cash, he went away, try sleeping that night but the staff portacabin was behind my room, lots of laughter and noise from this which kept me awake,went to breakfast you are not in the list, yes I am no you are not, this while everyone was looking at me, you to pay no I don't I have bed and breakfast, sorry you do not, I went down to the manager because I was angry, he was useless so I left the hotel, I never ever want to go through this again the staff are the rudest I have even seen, this was my third night in a hotel and this hotel was the worst, shocking.
