The hotel was near to the town center and restaurants. What we didn't like when we arrived was to see dogs were allowed to stay, not one, not two,but many. The evening we arrived we dropped things off into room and went out for a meal. The next morning waking up in the hotel my husband was sneezing and had a blocked nose and this went on for the 3 days we were there. My husband said he didnt feel ill or have a cold. But we then realised it was the dogs that he had an allergy to as soon as we left the hotel he was fine. We did mention this to the reception upon leaving and we were told the dogs are allowed are floor 2 and 3 and guess what floor we were on 2. We came home to check where it says dogs are allowed on the booking. We found that you had to go on the web page and click facilities. Our argument is that most people unless staying in a spa hotel just what to choose their bedroom and don't both with the full list of facilities. It she be on the header for hotel saying that it is a pet friendly hotel and then we wouldn't of chosen it.
