I spent 8 nights at the Holiday Inn…

I spent 8 nights at the Holiday Inn downtown to Toronto with my family. We enjoyed our time at the hotel, but on the day of departure, the service was absolutely appalling. The Bell man refused to take my luggage outside and expected me to wheel my luggage outside on the trolley in the pouring rain. I then had to offload the luggage myself considering I have mobility issues. This included luggage for my elderly mother and son in the pouring rain. Since my return money has been taken off of my credit card by the Hotel and I have sent endless communications chasing to get this resolved. I’m continuously being passed around in a circle with no resolution in sight, which means I will have to raise it with my credit card company, which is totally unacceptable.
