Complete waste of time complaining to this crew if you are an individual. They are only interested in going after large bodies where big fines can be imposed, would be my guess. The rights of individuals will not be upheld and companies probably know this. Not fit for purpose. And there should be the option to give zero stars on Trustpilot.
