Shocking company, clear that they just cover issues up and do not address them, received standard communication although it took 8 MONTHS of me constantly chasing, they even denied having any paperwork - then closed the case without discussing this with me. Not happy with the outcome as nothing has been put in place but yet again more false promises, and still no apology.
