I have just needed to terminate my call to an ICO representative. I had no choice. This woman would not engage with me at all. The ICO rightfully expect courtesy, but so do I. Unfortunately, this is not a two way street. My problem was a little complex and every time I tried to explain this woman accused me of speaking over her. I have a right to be listened too. It was my call. Calls should be recorded for everyone's wellbeing.
