The 1 star is for the scammers, and I would give Hulu a 5 star if there was an extra set of stars to rate Hulu by itself.I received calls from people who sounded like “SouthEast Asians (from India)” and who spoke poor English, pretending to be Hulu support and wanted me to download the ”AnyDesk” app from the App Store, if I had an iPhone, so they could fix my location since it was showing me in Colorado, Ohio, California and Missouri. They also wanted me to open the “Cash App” if I had one so they could verify my bank account, I said “No” and they hung up. There was nothing wrong with my location. I reported them to Hulu and they said they would notify the proper authorities. So beware of scammers trying to steal your personal information. I have and love Hulu, but this calls, there were several calls, made me think about how easy it seemed for these people to obtain precious and valuable information from unsuspecting clients. Be aware, hulu will never ask you to download apps nor ask you to open your personal apps.
