Spent 2 hours turning off and on our tvs because in the last month I cannot fast forward over ads of recorded shows or even watch a sporting event we recorded, we get an error message for spotting events. We have paid for that version of Hulu for at least a year . The rep finally said they are working on this problem at the " back end", call back in a week or month! When I asked if I could speak to someone else, she said there was no one else to speak to. I am totally annoyed and want to quit.
