Took me over 30 minutes and two different calls to find out that you can’t change your payment method using the Hulu app. But that information is not listed on their app, so how am I to know? Gentleman I spoke to did not speak English so that was a wasted eight minutes. The second person I spoke to finally told me that you can’t change payment method from the Hulu app and then she said they have no control over the app. I said you mean that Hulu doesn’t control their own app? Then she said that they do not work for Hulu. So here I sit, still needed to change my payment method and I’m seriously thinking about switching to YouTube TV
