I've been getting billed every month $9. When I try to cancel online it says for the last months try again later. I called customer service gave them every bit information they asked for they couldn't find my account so I asked for a supervisor was put on hold for 10 minutes then my call was dropped so I called back again went through the same process in the same thing happened again. This is what happens when Disney tries to launch something outside their Norm. I'm guessing the fact that they've done woke means they've also lost in a sense of responsibility
