Due to a long term illness I was not using Hubspot for 'OVER A YEAR' and later I received an email 'TO SIGN IN SO THE ACCOUNT IS NOT DELETED' > that I did!Guess what - still 'ALL OUR CONTACTS/ 1 YEAR WORTH EMAIL CAMPAIGNS/ INVESTMENT' DELETED 'WITHOUT' any warningWhen I called Hubspot, they at first apologised and that will investigate this 'TECHNICAL ERROR' > NOTHING WAS INVESTIGATEDI emailed with all supporting information - RAISED COMPLAINT: ignored & no action takenSUMMARY: because the account is for free = FORGET ANY HELP.Advice - dont bother to go PAY and go elsewhere! You are just a number and they are just 9-5 employees who dont careM.
