Trying to get ahold of someone in tech support. Good luck. Bought a printer from them that lasted about two months even with my light printing load. They sent a replacement. Two weeks later that has crapped out. Trying to get help has literally taken all day. Routed to sales, routed to ink, everytime have to give email, phone number, serial number. They are awful. I am going to try to get a refund but I do not care if they ship another for free, I just don't want to waste anymore of my time with this company.
