If I could no stars I would! Brand new printer out the box. One colour not printing. Spent HOURS with virtual assistant and videos trying to remedy. Next day, finally get through to an agent who tells me that because the printer cartridge is the one that came with the machine, they can’t send a replacement and we have to purchase a new one ourselves, just to see if it’s the printer or cartridge at fault! Horrendous product and customer service. Never again HP!
