Laptop performance review is 1.5 out of 5. Secondly i strongly recommend NOT TO BUY from its website. The entire process is misleading. They will put in order some other items while invoice will be given of some items. I have decided to take up the matter with consumer court. Lets see what is the outcome. The care pack process is also cumbersome. They will give the actual details after nearly 1 month to 2 month from purchase. And mind you they dont give invoice or the purchase of extended warranty.So in case if you still need to purchase HP laptop go for some store purchase.
