Designed to fail, not repairable, no spare part available. I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer. It suddenly stop printing colours potentially due to print head issue, as all solutions being tried. Print head designed not replaceable or repairable, also no spare part available. Company claims being sustainable and greenwashing, where resulted whole machine, papers and inks being a waste due to simple fix. Customer service wasted my personal time, as a solution they proposed offer a decent price for new machine, which is same price as the market price. Total disrespect to customers, employers, environment. Never going to buy an hp printer again. Cancelled my subscription too. Now it is where it belongs to (Trash bin).
