Paid for next business day repair on a dragonfly laptop way back in September. It overheated due to hp bloatware turning on the laptop in a pouch (uses the camera to detect motion and turns display on but thats another matter) Laptop smoke came from vent above the f2 key. Nice and safe!? Scared of fire so now at night it lives on a baking tray just in case. Usb port no longer works but pc still works. Engineer came out to fix issue. (After 2 weeks) ( they blame me for working and not calling them back during office hours) Engineer replaced the mother board and now the laptop power light just flashes orange and will not turn on. Brilliant so you come to fix it and leave it in a worse condition that you found it in! WOW you could have at least put the least faulty motherboard backing so I could use the laptop albeit without the USB port.Many many escalations later. Nothing. No reply. No call back. Another email and promises of resolution. I think the trust pilot rating speaks volumes
